Shroff Eye has utilized its vast resources to help diagnose and treat ophthalmic disorders among the underprivileged. It has held over 25 eye camps in the last 3 years alone and performed thousands of free state-of-the-art cataract surgeries by phacoemulsification. The clinic at Kalbadevi Road also runs a free out-patient department.

Donations made to the Vision Research Centre are exempt from income tax.
